Porthkidney beach
Long beach behind a golf course. It's usually quiet as it's a fair walk from the closest parking at the church. There's always dog walkers going around though. Stay off the actual beach and avoid trouble by heading up into the dunes. There's a few sheltered bits among the bushes that are nice to sunbathe without anyone seeing. Look for the lifeguard's hut and explore from there.
